LifeForce Yoga for Mood Management Group

This 6 session series will meet 6 consecutive Tuesdays from 5:00-6:30pm. This group is for women who want to gain access to deeper healing through evidence-based yoga and therapy methods, all while co-creating a safe community of support. Each workshop will include movement (asana), breathwork (pranayama), imagery (bhavana), hand gestures (mudras), sound (mantras), meditation and relaxation. Some weeks will include journal and art activities; all sessions will offer the chance to share and witness struggles and growth with women who get what it’s like to live with anxiety, depression, or trauma. In order to hold this space and create a trusting environment, the group is limited to 7 participants, and a commitment for the 6 sessions is required. Investment is $50 for each 1.5 hour session.
