Offered on the second Friday of each month, this group provides 4 hours of clinical supervision toward licensure. Drawing on my experience as a trauma therapist and yoga teacher, we will spend time:

  • learning and practicing methods of self care to sustain ourselves in this sacred work, using meditation, mindfulness, LifeForce Yoga for mood management (breathwork, or pranyama; asana, or gentle poses; sankalpa, or intentions; yoga nidra; mudra and mantra), among others
  • Case Presentations & Review
  • Theoretical orientation
  • Ethical Concerns
  • transference/counter-transference
  • Experiential exercises informed by expressive arts, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy, Dialectic Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Internal Family Systems
  • Prep for the clinical exam

The group will meet 3:00-7:00pm, providing a retreat-like setting to dive deep into practice and process – all while earning clinical hours toward licensure! Cost is $190 for each 4-hour session.
