Allegheny Health Network has developed a game to help children apply the skills they have learned in therapy. TF-CBT Triangle of Life is a free app that children can play on a smart phone or tablet, wherein which they take on the role of a lion who moves through the jungle, guiding other animals toward positive experiences. Children learn about how the way they think about a situation influences the way they feel and behave.
