Therapy While Walking on the Trails

Even though it’s nearly May in Georgia, the air was cool and damp, thick with mossy scents of forest and mud. A large woodpecker kept pace with me, and a family of deer scampered across my path before we spent some time observing each other. Babbling brooks run crooked through this trail, and dappled sunlight filters in through the vaulted canopy.

Meet me at the office and then head out for 30-40 minutes of walking through the wooded PTC golf cart paths while you work toward your goals in therapy. Who says transformation can only take place in a cushy office chair?

Take a look at the trails here.
